I am currently studying game engineering and simulation at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien. My passion is to develop/design games and master challenges which may occur along the way.
My experience covers among other things: the development of 3D and 2D game development using C#, C/C++. Most of my game projects where created using Unity3D.

Game Jam Project
Slide Rider is the result of a two day game jam at a private university in Vienna. The player must slide downhill and avoid deadly traps. It is possible to collect coins and ice tanks. The ice is needed to fill up your tank to be able to shoot a slippery path in front of you.

Particle Swarm Optimization
A particle swarm can be used to optimize functions. To do so, the particles explore the search space and try to find the minimum or maximum of a given function. The application simulates an particle swarm which follows the mouse.
A* path-finding can be used for video games. The algorithm can find the path with the least costs between a starting point and an endpoint, considering that each tile has different costs or may be even unwalkable. The figure below shows the output of the algorithm.
Pacman is an arcade game developed in 1980. The player controls Pacman and needs to eat pac-dots until all are eaten to get to the next stage. Four enemies named Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde are trying to catch him. Every enemy has its strictly deterministic movements.
This application includes configurable CG Shaders in Unity3D Pro. Including moveable light source, changing bumpiness of planes and a particle system using billboards.
